I have bought a NOKIA 5220 Xpress Music Mobile Phone from the authorized dealer of NOKIA Priority Centre on 12 September after 15 days only there occured Out Going Audio Problem in my phone and my 1GB Micro Memory Card also got Corrupted I gave it to NOKIA CARE at Hari Om Tower in Ranchi on 13 Oct. 2008 they kept it for 41 days and returned it to me on 23 Nov. 2008 but the problem was still there and again took it up on 25 Nov. 2008 and till now i hav not recieved my phone and the 1 GB MMC which was to be given on 1 Nov. 2008 is also not given to me and whenever I ask they tell that you will not understand the process What should I do? I am thinking of lodging a case on them in the consumer fourum.
