Cant repair my even after submiting it for 11 times in 9 months

I have submitted my mobile 11 times to the nokia customer care, but after that also they couldnt repair it.

they are continuously sendind it to the head office but no response.

today i was fed up after giving my cell 11th time and listening from them that they cant take it because there was a scratch somewhere inside the cell.

i was frustrated listening it from them that i might have opened it or may have given to some other repair centres due to which the scratch came.

i couldnt understand, they have opened the cell 11 times and it might be there fault not mine but still refusing to take the blame on themselves.

please look into this matter as soon as possible.

and never ever buy a nokia cell phone.
