Nokia customer care center at Guntur Arundal pet is cheating cutome

I have purchased one Nokia hand set of model 5310 on 18.05.2008. The bettery is not lasting for more than two hours despite one full day charging.

I have approached Nokia customer care center at Arundelpet, 4/1, Guntur AP with original cash memo.

To my surprise the handset was not accepted under warranty for repair and accepted under only chargeble basis.

The competency of the staff and manager Ms. Nagamani at this center is pathetic and substandard.

I have been cheated by this Nokia customer care center.

Where is the fault of the customer... who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product...

Please provide me the right contact to register a case against this un professional and ill inttended Nokia customer care center.
