Mobile has many problem from starting

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased a 5320 XpressMusic Nokia mobile set on 12 jan 09. IMEI no-355740021699253. I checked the function after 4-5 days of purchasing and found that many function (Video Capturing, Say and Play option etc) was not working. Then i went to one service center of Nokia and found bad response from center then i went to another service center and submitted my mobile. After some time he returned my mobile after repairing (Video capturing was working but say and play option was not working). After 3-4 days i again found same problem and went to same service center and submittted mobile on 7th feb (job sheet no-086343506/090207/22). He promised me that i will return your set on 28 feb. When i went to 28 then i found same problem in set so i did not received my set and submitted again. During this period many time i called to local service center and nokia call center Bangalore and put our complaint (complaint no-2-3SCVOX). I also put our complaint to support center by internet.

Again i went to Nokia Service center on 18 april 09 and found the same problem in my set. Nokia center people had said that this set came from head office. so on that date i called to bangalore call center and talked to both loacal service center manager and bangalore. They promised me at this time i will change your set. So again i submitted my set on 21 April with job sheet no (339504886/090421/41). Manager of service center promised me that we will provide you new set upto max20 days. But i knew that the same set came from Nokia head office. He didnot change my set.

During all period i am very much fed up with nokia service and people. I have roughly called to service center and bangalore nokia care center 60-70 times and wrote a mail 8-10 times. I havebeen very much mentally disturbed by nokia. I am not giving good response in my job also.

Please see this case and change my mobile set or refund my money.
