Nokia 5610
No after sale service

I have visited nokia cusmer care more than 7 times...

The problem with my mobile is still the same.

my mobile is getting heat when i am using and it's battery is geting low within 3-4 hrs after charged full.

and all the times they have just kept my mobile with them for 5-10-15-20-25 days and return back without solving the problem..

in this i have lost and waste my lots of money time and energy now i just want to sui or submit a case for the same

plz do the needful help
