I AM TAKEN NOKIA MOBILE ON APRIL 7 TH OF 2008 AND MOBILE SUDDENLY SWITCHED OFF AND DISPLAY PROBLEM WIL OCCUR AND IT WIL SOWTCH ON AGAIN, ON OCTOBER 28TH AND I AM GIVEN MY MOBILE IN NOKIA CARE - HYDERABAD (MOBIQUEST, SHOP NO:9, 1ST FLOOR, AMEERPRT).. THEY DONE REPAIR AND RETURNED ME AFTER 5 DAYS.. AND THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED WITH IN A WEEKTIME AFTER I GET MOBILE FROM NOKIA AND I AM RETURNED AGAIN TO NOKIA CARE AND I AM STRONGLY TOLD THEM TO CHECK THE PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE.. AND THEY TAKEN MOBILE ON 17TH NOVEMBER (JOB SHEET NO:131434038/081117/175) AND KEPT THE MOBILE WITH THEM FROM LAST 35 DAYS AND WHENEVER I WILL ASK THEM THEY SIMPLEY TOLD ME COMPONENT PENDING WE WILL SOLVE IT WITH IN 2 DAY AND GIVE TO U.. THIS TYPE OF ANSWER I WILL GET FROM THOSE NOKIA SERVICE PEOPLE .. I WILL GET IRRITATED... WITH THIS ANSWER.. BECAUSE I PURCHASED SUCHA GOOD STANDARD COMPANY NOKIA PHONE WITH SEPNDING ALMOST rS.12, 000/- AND .. IF IT IS COMING COMING FOR SERVICE THEY CREATING ME MUCH PROBLEMS TO ME.. FROM LAST 1 MONTH I AM SPENDING MY TIME WITHOUT MOBILE..
I DONT IT IS THE PUNSIHMENT FOR ME TO PURCHASE SUCH GOOD BRANDED MOBILE .. REALLY NOKIA SERVICE CARE IN HYDERABABD IS VERY VERY WORREST. AND I OBSERVE IN THE SERVICE CENTER, THE PERSONS WHO DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT MINIMUM SERVICE KNOWLEDGE WILL DEAL THE CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL TAKEN THE COMPALINTS.
SO I FEEL IT IS VERY BAD THING FOR SUCH A GOOD COMPANY NOKIA HAVE SUCHA POOR SERVICE CENTERS..
