I purchased handset on 31/3. It started giving hanging problem within six weeks. I approached on 2nd june to nokia care maninagar, Ahmedabad. Updated software memory card as per their advice was formatted. Shockingly again on the next day it started giving the same problem. On 19th june I submitted to nokia care. Till now i have not received/replaced my hand set. No person from nokia care service team contacted me during this time though they promised in reply to my mail. Handset is still pending! I am unable to locate the status.
