I had brought a nokia 5610 music express phone about a month back and its LCD is not working any more. I have contacted nokia care representatives about four locations and also called up the nokia care head office in kolkata and their reply was that LCD panel is not avialable with them and it will take a month for LCD to be replaced.
Now, this is a very unreasonable time frame to repair a brand new mobile phone.
You are kindly requested to either replace the handset or refund the amount because waiting for a handset for a month is not practically possible.
If there is some manufacturing defect in the mobile phone, than why should a consumer suffer?
You are requested to take up the matter urgently to avoid any legal action from our side.
