Hi, I would like to thank you and your team for such initiative, which you have taken in the interest of costumers. I am also a victim of NOKIA handset and its after sale service.
Here is the detail about my case:
I bought a new 5610 Nokia Express Music HandSet (IMEI: 358652012430530) from Prit 'n Mit Communication, a NOKIA dealer in Kalyani Nagar PUNE. After a week of usage, it gave me first trouble when the camera module of this cellphone loses it's quality. I went to Akshay Telecom, Shivajinagar for repair. They took my handset and returned it after 15 days. Again after 2 days of usage, the display went off. I again went to Akshay Telecom, and they took my handset and returned it to me after 8 days. Within a month of purchase, my handset got repaired twice. But this is not the end. I recently discovered that the repair guys have left their fingerprint under the display panel and it's completely visible from outside. I was thinking to bring it back, then all of a sudden the Dedicated Music Slider Key broke. I went to Akshay Telecom and talked to nokia itself regarding this problem but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Since yesterday, the phone is getting off continuosly. I am really fed up with this handset and my experience with this handset. Once I asked about a replacement, and the nokia guys told me that it could be replaced only in extreme conditions. I am asking what could be more extreme than this condition? Four problems occurred in a row within two months of purchase. What more they want? A completely broken piece of it?
Any suggestions what to do. I really have lost my faith in Nokia and its goodwill in the market. I want a complete replacement of this handset.
