No satisfaction of service

I submitted my mobile to the Nokia care center at Raj nagar, RDC, Ghaziabad (up), due to some malfunctioning in its display but even after a span of 9 days there was no action taken and i was returned and now the mobile is not at all displaying which it was doing later.
