Hang problem

I ttake this phone in april in 12500 Rs now the showing hang problem

in this handset i am puted 1 GB card & the used memory is 345 mb.& in manual ur mobile supportted upto 2 GB memory card.

so we need want the solution to rectifiy this problem

if i am taking 12500 Rs handset how should i faith on your model.which should giving trouble in 1yr.
