I am santosh. 4 months back i purchased Nokia 5610 xpress music phone. Hardly, I use the phone for 4 to 5 calls a day. After 1 month use, the scroll broken automatically and the phone had the problem of hanging for every 2 minutes. I given it for service. They kept the phone for 15 days and replaced another piece. The replaced peace also, again given the problem of hanging and one fine day, total display of the phone was came green colour, but i was able to receive the calls. Again I given it for service. They kept it for 20 days again done some service. Interesting thing is after using for exactly one week, the total phone is not working. Again, I have to give it for service and they will keep for 20 more days. I purchased it 4 months back at 12k. But the phone is with me for appx 3 month only. My job sheet no. is 003434038/081017/103, for my last service. If you, see in the nokia care website address, the status is still showing the "Closed-Sent to L3" that means the phone is still at their head office, where as the phone is with me and again it got ready for repairing also. That's how the service was provided to a customer like me.
