Hi... My self Anamika. I have bought one Nokia 5800 mobile from global access (Kormangala).
I didnt work even for 5 days once I have called their office they said it may be the network problem..then I waited for some more days but it was still given the problem so I again went and this time they said all the Mobile of this model came in Jan was having this fault... When they know that its a manufacturing falt and it was there even when I bought it... Should not they replace it... Once they sold any product they dont have any responsibility about their customers. Just they got the money and their job is done...
