I have purchased 1 NOKIA 5800 on 01/03 fro nokia priority, 103 station square, bhubaneswar. Vide invoice no. 08-09/S/4218 for rs. 18, 900/-. Within one month the mobile occured various problems i.e.
1) keypad lock is loose,
2) message box opens half
3) music library does not open
4) touch screen does not work properly
I demanded for a new phone but NOKIA CARE people didnt agree with me and asuured me to correct the problem and they booked the mobile phone. Vide job sheet no. 635504886/090401/52 dated 01/04 and handed over to me on 05/04.
Again the phone had the same problems adding on to some new ones. Once again they booked the phone on the same jobsheet no. dated 06/04 and then handed over to me on 09/04 in the evening. But the very next morning the problems were the same.
Again i booked the phone on 10/04 and they handed over me on 20/04 but the problem is not rectified yet. I think due to some manufacturing defect the nokia care personnel could not rectify the problem but they did not accept that there is a manufacturing defect.
I want to know that is it my fault to purchase a mobile phone from NOKIA who claims the no. one brand in mobile sector. Lastly i am asking you WHAT SHOULD I BE DO? May I be running to nokia care repeatedly or go to CONSUMER FORUM. DECISION IS YOURS.
