We are not satisfied with this product. We have tried to solve the problem with Nokia Care. We are also not satisfied with the procedure i.e.
1. Take token number
2. Wait for our chance
3. 15 days wasted for Battery
4. Again we have to wait for 15 -20 days.
How can you expect to continue our regular work without mobile? Why can’t you issue fresh piece under such circumstances.

1. Return our money OR
2. Issue New Piece OR
3. Issue Lower/Upper version with Refund/Extra Payment.
