A faulty product bad servicing = a permanently lost loyal custome

I have been using nokia phones since the last 9 years. Never did i have an issue with any phone. I work as the CEO of a edu-consultancy firm. My work requires that myphone be ever fit.

Nokia 5800, i purchased in Jan after much wait.

I have left the phone twice at the service centre for repairs. I had to wait for approx. 7-9 days on each of the ocassions. I was committed that the phone will not give any further issues.

I am sorry, but I have decided to discontinue Nokia brand in my life and in the life of my employees permanently.

I am embarrassed that the problems of 1) it gets into hang mode and 2) ultra mercurial battery life havent found a rectification.

My wife who has been using samsung for the last 8 months, has not had any issue whatsoever.

I trust the nokia guys in India to speak with me kindly. it is embarrassing especially from a brand that i have remained loyal too for years now.
