Manufacturing defect

I bought my Nokia 5800 set in Feb 09 . This is the worst set nokia have ever manufactured, it started giving problem within onetwo months of purchase and the nokia care and customer care are just an eyewash. I have given the handset to nokia care three time with the request to replace the set but each time they return it saying the set has been repaired. I do not understand how the reputed company like nokia can deliver such a defective item in market and after that refused to change it. I certainly will never purchase a nokia product in future nor will advice anyone to do so.
