In your reply you mentioned wear and tear is associated with the usuage; I definitely accept it. But the disappointment was mobile failure, irresponsible answers from the dealer where i purchased and the service quality provided in your nokia care.
I know you can provide service at any time but repeated service never conform the quality of the product as well as the service quality. It consumes my valuable time so I cannot accept the repeated service provided by you even if it is free of cost.
You did not respond my another question.. Why the Nokia priority dealer never care about the service facilities? After sold the mobile they did not care about the problem found in that mobile even under warrenty period. Is it the problem of customers and have they rectify themselves?
Today once again i went to Nokia care for repeated service, they take my mobile and job sheet issued. that details given below..
