Camera not working

Two times I have submitted my Mobile Handset for repairing, but the set is returned unrepaired after one week by Nokiacare, Trivandrum. Last timethey informed daily that they are waiting for the spare component. Lastly after one week they returned unrepaired. IMEI:353228/01/275181/4 . Pl do not cheet the customers.
