Poor nokia care service

I am a student of mca in ghaziabad & regular consumer from last 5 years of nokia.but from last one month my mobile phone not repaired & not returned by shree jee enterprise ghaziabad so i am facing very much problem by nokia care.& i think by these problems nokia reduce his selling in future.
