Always goes out of orde

Sir,

i had purchased a nokia mobile set 6085 on 21-03-08, mobile world, sona jagashwer complex, nr. svitry cinema, BEGUSARAI-851101. It's IMEI NO. IS 358061014557896.

Just after purchase on 4 th may its ringer went out of order, which was repaired after 5 days and i had to remain without mobile for those days. once again front display gone out of order which was repaired after great effort and spent of much time.

now once again ringer of my mobile has gone out of order,

i have got fed up with faulty set. i want that my set be replaced with new, otherwise i would be forced to go to consumer court.
