Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Nokia 6085 from M/s Paragon vide Bill. No. 3605 dated 22.06.2007. As it is a flap model after being purchased within…. All of a sudden display on flap disappears. I contacted to Nokia care “Rama telecom” 41-42 opp jmb oswal complex sarang marg suraj pole Udaipur (Raj.) on 14.11.07. I left my phone at Nokia Care with a job sheet No. 5 got back my phone on 05.12.07 but not in proper working condition. I was surprise to see such a poor service from Nokia care. Very same day i.e on 05.12.07 I have being given another job sheet No. 5 and I have to give my phone back to Nokia Care. Then I got back my mobile phone approx. after 1 ½ months in working condition. The same problem again found in the mobile set on 04.03.08 and given to “ Rama telecom” Udaipur (Raj.) on 04.03.08 vide service job sheet No. 13 dated 04.03.08 and same was received by us after 1-1/2 month time after repair.
At last sir as my handset is only 15 months old out of which it has been with you and Nokia Care approx 4-5 months and the problem has been delayed just to pass the warranty period because it has very same problem now also. So you are requested to replace my handset with a new one or I have no other option to go to Consumer Court.
