Dear Sir / Madam

this is to inform you that i had given my phone Nokia 6085 to your Nokia care centre at Green Park on 19/08 to Mr. Sandeep (Manager), as i was not able to connect the handfree to it.

Mr. Sandeep to leave the phone with them they will check what is the problem and fix the same, he told me to come back on 22/08 to collect the phone from them. When i received back my phone 6085 it is not functioning properly now (i.e yesterday several times it showed sim card rejection and sim card not inserted and now on 23/08 it is not getting started,

My phone has been tampered by your Nokia care people, and i would request you to either change my Handset or else i have to file a case at Consumer Court aginst the same
