I had given my above mobile to Bright Inforcomm who is the NCC in Vishakapatnam on 24.01.09 for a change of broken display. While taking delivery of the repaired set i found that the outer panel was completely broken. When questioned the NCC person gave in writing that he will change the panel on 20 Feb.i was charged Rs.1350/- fo rthe change of broken dispaly. when i went on 20.02.09 as given in writing to me to the NCC, i was aske dto come a week later..Till date i have visited your NCC for more than 12 times and made calls to him two dozen times and sent sms. I even complained to your Nokia custome care at bangalore but was asked to get job sheet number... i really dont understand why the customer has to be taken for a ride, if nokia cannot serve in a proper manner. i request you to inform me on how do i proceed to get this rectified. The mobile is in a unusable condition. Kindly reply
