Hi,
I am a user of Nokia 6210 Navigator. Last month I faced a problem, the handset was heating up. I approached Nokia Care and I got my handset after 3 days but the issue still exists.
Second time when I approached they took the battery checked it and said its the problem with the battery and suggested me to buy a new one. I bought a new battery even now I am facing the problem. I am irritated with the response of the Nokia Care.
Please suggest me what should be my next step.
