Cpmplain of hand set

Dear Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I have purchased Nokia handset 6210 Navigator GSM from New Delhi Distributrs in moth of october but my hand set has automatic switched off as on 24.07.09 and I have submitted my H. set to Nokia Care centre Sheeta Will services Gurgaon Haryana on same day as on 24.07.09 and against the Job sheet no.115433527/090724/102 but after 22 days when I have contact ot service centre then they told me your hand set is tempetrred and will not be repair... at the time of sumission they clearly told me you mobile has normal problem and it will difnetly repair..at the time of submission my mobile was not tempered and not liquid and also never fall down.. but after 22 days when I contact ot service centre they diclare tempered..

I am requesting to you please ckeck the this type of fraud case so that it will not repeated for every one..
