This is vasanth from chennai, i am working as a software engineer. I purchased this stupid mobile 6233 on August. The first one week the phone worked good and after that, the problem started. Randomly in a day, the phone screen will turn white and it will take minimum of 5 - 10 minutes to regain the signal. This phone is disastering my life like anything.
For your information, after one month of purchase i took the phone to the service center and clearly explained about the problem. they updated the software and promised that it wont happen again. but after one day, the problem occured frequently more than it occured before. after few weeks, i took the phone to the same service center and i asked for the replacement and i also insisted to check the battery but they refused to check the battery and again updated the software and returned back.
Now i am having the phone with full of problems.
I thought nokia is excellent in service but they proved that their capabilty in handling the customers is very poor.
