Dear Sir,

I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 6233 for battery backup service in warranty to [email protected]

Job sheet No- 318434038/080124/29

([email protected]) on 08-02reporting minor battery backup problem . they returned the same on sometimes in 15-2 without rectifying the error. Afterwards again it was given on 22-02 .Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they are telling that the set is defective.

I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic... What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time. I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone. I saimply apprehend that you are passing time to sarpass the warranty period (upto 06-07)
