Re:- Replacement of Nokia 6265 set ESN no. 03712036259
i m narendra jain want to inform u that my mobile nokia 6265.which is given to nokia care centre, sidhi vinayak complex, jaipur. from last 3 month.im feeling very bad to inform u that i have purchase this mobile on 09-05-07 bill no. 64545 from m/s k.d. electronics, m i road jaipur.
and after just 3 month that mobile have some problem regarding display then we give it to nokia care.and they ensures us that they replace it with in 15 days but they give very bad response to us and they dont want to talk with us. And after 45 days they gave me a 6265 mobil but i my shocked at tnat time the condition of that mobile is very bad it was broken from all the sides and then i went to MR.HAJI KUMAR. ur representative and on 16-10-07 job sheet no.460434038/071016/15.And at that time he ensur me that they cange my mobile but till today there is no contact from ur side. and i m very much disappointed with ur services. and now at the last i have no option to go to consumer court.and please inform me as early as possible.
