This was the mail written to naokia which explains the problem
Dear Sir/Madam
This is to bring in notice, that my self Binoy Nair has given my cell phone (Nokia 6265R) at your Vashi Telecom Service (Nokia Service center) on dated 08/sep. And the job sheet no is 394434038/070908/13. Now after a long follow up with your Nokia Care line no 30303838, a case was made and the reference no given to me is 2-2i1rdf, as per the online executive I was to receive my handset SWAPED on or before 18th OCT now on 16th Oct @ 6.30pm I got a call saying my handset is ready and I can come and pick it up from VASHI TELECOM,
I went there on 17th Morning to receive my handset. When I cheeked the handset the handset was not at all repaired, and I was given some old handset, which was having those same problems, after waiting for these many days and I am getting a bad handset that in a bad condition,
The problems I was facing was
1>Blank Display
2>Fading Display
3>Does not show MMC & Data
4>Camera Shows multi colour in white Page
I request you to please give me a new handset with no problems, as my handset was under warranty, Asp
