NOKIA -Battery replacement not done

I was trying to replace my BL 5-C battery for NOKIA 6270 but the reply from NOKIA help desk is misleading and the shops list given by Nokia customer care/ help desk I contacted all shops but no shop is ready to replace the battery as either they have no stock. But same shop is ready to sell these BL5-C battery.

How this is possible??

NOKIA call centre is absolutely rubbish and I will go to consumer court. All Indians must be carefull in dealing NOKIA.
