Nokia 6270
Yet battery bl-5c not replaced

As nokia advertsed earlier that they will replace nokia bl -5c battery...

but even after registering on internet, battery is still not replaced...

my battery is heating up within five minute of charging... so it is very riskful to use that battery...

pls help...
