Nokia 6275
Handset poor make

I purchased NOKIA 6275 in feb. Its back cover was loose and making some sound from day1.

After a few days, a part of back cover got out even without falling of phone. On visiting nokia service, they told me their unability to change that part and they said me that perhaps the phone has fallen somewhere. But when I asked to show any scratch on phone to prove their point, they simply said that they would not do anything and ask company callcentre. The callcentre also refused to solve the matter.

When I asked to give line to some of their boss, they simply refused it.

I DO NOT THINK SOME BOSS OF NOKIA STAYS IN INDIA.THEY ARE RUNNING COMPANY BY THIRD CLASS EMPLYEES ONLY.
