I PURCHASED A NOKIA 6275 ON 18 MARCH AS THEIR WAS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM I GAVE THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE ON 3 MAY. I AM A TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER, SO I TOLD THEM TO MARK IN THIER JOB SHEET THAT TO REINSTALL THE TATA SOFTWARE BUT DUE THE LAZYNESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE TECHNICIANS THEY INSTALLED THE RELIANCE SOFTWARE WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY SAID THAT MANY USER USE RELIANCE THAN TATA THATS WHY THEY INSTALLED RELIANCE SOFTWARE.WHEN I TOLD THEM TO INSTALL TATA SOFTWARE THEY SAID OK AND AFTER 3-4 HOURS TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE IS DEAD. MY PHONE WENT TO DELHI HEAD OFFICE BUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED I GOT THE PHONE WITH RELIANCE SOFTWARE.AT LAST THE GAVE ME ANOTHER PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION.
NOW, AFTER 2 MONTHS THE SPEAKER OF THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING AND THEIR IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AS IT HANGS MANY A TIMES, I WENT TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE THEY ARE NOT READY TO TAKE THE PHONE AND ALSO THEY ARE TALKING RUDELY .WHEN I CONTACTED NOKIA THROUGH E-MAIL AND PHONE THEY ALSO SEEMS TO BE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
