No out going, Blank display

My cell phon 093791 05942 is a corporate connection I am facing the problem of out going and blank display. I went to Nokia service center but they gave a report that blank display even after Pcb cleaned after Lcd replacd job no :140434038/081217/28 Bright caree, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-03

This was taken on 15th July 08 from Beyond limits, jaladarshini layout, new bel road, rmv 2nd stage, Bangalore-94

Pls replace my phone as it is under warranty
