Nokia Care service most Worse

My Nokia 6300 was not starting on day. I booked a complaint on 28th May at Nokia Care Ranchi centre (Nirmal Enterprises). They given us a dilivery date of 15th June saying that the Power Pin has broke so we have send the same to Gurgoan Centre. I agreed upon the same. On 15th June when I reached the centre they said that the courier has been despacted please come in the eveing. when in the eveing I reached the centre the said that they have still not received the courier... Then I asked them that can they provide me the PoD no so that I can trace where actually is the Consignment. Then they said that same has not been despatched yet and told me to come on 24th june. On 24th they delivered the same. After 2-3 Hours I found that mobile is again not working properly as its screen it switching off automatically. Again I went to the Nokia Care Centre and put the problem in front of the representive and they said they will repaire the same and will give me back in next 2-3 days but still I am yet to reveive the same.
