On replacement give a damage phone

i was purchase a mobile by name 6300, before a 6 month, on this time period i gave this mobile in repair b'coz of handsfree folt for 3 times but it was not resolved

after the requesting for replacement of mobile company was replace my piece but it is more difficulty when we find there is more difficulty then previous, phone have much networking problem

so i heartily request to u sir plz replace my phone & don't make mistake again
