Sound problem & battery back up

Hello, i have nokia 6300, its create lot of problems for eg:- SOUND:- voice of-

Alarm tone, ringing tone, voice recording, speaker is almost slow thats why my almost calls lost.

i have already visit your nokia janak puri 2 times, but i m not satisfy. plz give me suggestion...
