I have given the above handset to rectify the problem on 13.11.2008.The handset is not yet serviced. I have gone the service centre 10-15 times ; But they are not giving any response and asked me to check my job sheet status on internet. When I checked the same in the internet - the status showing is the set is repaired and my job sheet is closed.

What I have to do now?
