I am using Vodaphone connection, in the last bill they have charged for net surfing where as your Executive named Mr. Mudit called up & gave the scheme that net surfing & downloading is free with certain site which they are providing. I have been following up with Vodaphone Customer care for reversal of incorrectly applied charges but the story keeps repeating, and no reversal seems to occur. This is quite absurd and illogical.
So please let me know how to proceed further on this matter as now I have decided either to revert my bill or to disconnect the number which I have been using for last 6 years.
Vodaphone should stop this act of applying incorrect charges to its customers.
