Problem of phone getting switch off, not able to recgonise names of in coming calls

DEAR SIR,

I HAVE THE MOBILE SET ESN/IMEI NUMBER 359835015085703..I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS SINCE THE LAST 4 MONTHS.

I have given the set for repair 4times at siddivinayaka_davangere@nokiacareindia in these last 4 months.each time the mobile was retuned saying the problem was solved while it persisted. LAST TIME THAT IS ON 6/12 PROPRIETOR ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD REPLACE MY HANDSET IN A WEEKS TIME.SINCE THEN HE IS BIENG GIVING EXCUSES EACH TIME I GO.AS A LAST RESORT I MAILING YOU HOPING YOU WOULD DO SUMTHING SO THAT I GET MY HANDSET REPAIRED/REPLACED
