Subject:- Complaint regarding deficiency in service and repair of Nokia-Mobile 6300 . Model, IMEI-356832025400900.

Dear Sir (s),

I hereby beg to submit the complaint regarding the deficiency in service of my mobile phone subjected above to the following effect:-

1. That I have purchased the above mentioned mobile phone from M/S Intel Communication Sundernagar for Rs.6850/-only on dated 16.02.09.

2. That due to some technical defect the said mobile phone was not displaying the characteristics of function and was handed over for repair on the direction of M/s Intel Communication at Nokia Care Mandi on dated 26.02.09 for which Rs -was charged by your care center prior To the delivery of the mobile phone on dated 27.02.2009.But, upon my inspection in your Nokia Care Center the said mobile was not displaying service provider’s SIGNAL at all.

3. The mobile was simultaneously handed over to the care takers engaged by your center for the purpose for attending to the problem. It was assured that the said mobile will be handed over to me through M/S Intel Communication at Sunder Nagar within two or three days. What to speak of 2 or 3 days. Even the queries to your Nokia care Center failed to convey the exact status of the mobile phone.

4. After chain of calls a SMS was communicated by me at 9418000081 on dated 11.03.2009 at 16.39.54 PM. to expedite the repair of the said mobile and was requested to convey the status of my mobile under repair with Nokia Care at Mandi.

5. In response to this SMS A confirmatory message was received from your mobile Stating **Ur phone is ok pls. Collect it regards**Sender 919418000081. Sent: 11-Mar 17:14:39.

6. In compliance to your confirmatory message I visited Your Nokia Care center Mandi on dated 14.03.2009 to collect the said mobile. To my utmost surprise the said mobile phone was having the same defect which was not rectified at all by your care center. The persons at counter as well as your service Engineer were asked to perform the functions of the Mobile Phone under repair, but they were not in a position to do so. This type of fictitious message has put me un-necessary travelling from Sunder Nagar to Mandi and Vice Versa. This act and conduct of your service center is highly deplorable and against the fair trade practices which is not at all desirable. This was also brought to your knowledge telephonically but of no avail. This amounts to deficiency in service on your part, hence the present complaint.

7. It is, therefore, required that the said defects be rectified within three days from the receipts of this complaint, failing which I shall be constrained to file a complaint against you all in the Ld. District Consumer and redessal Forum Mandi in order to redress this grievance, in accordance with law and in that event you shall be responsible for all the consequences, arising there from.
