i purchased nokia 6300 (slim) mobile two years before here. now there is a problem in mobile battery back up and charging. so i went to nokia care in karur, they said we will correct this one with in four days. i waited four days but the problem is not over in my mobile. now they are saying we can not correct this problem and there is no response for ever.now what can i do? then, i seen nearly ten customers of yours in nokia care in karur, the answer for every one is " we can not or we will send to HQ". i expect your answer for what can i do for my mobile?
