Dear Sir,
I have purchased new Nokia 6300 handset from Raj Enterprises, R.C. Market, Bhangel, Noida on 18th June. After billing i have found that the outer body of mobile was very lose due to some manufacturing fault. same day when I complained about the problem to Raj Enterprises, he strictly denied to do anything and advise us to go to the nokia care. when I went to Nokia care they told us that this is not manufacturing fault, this is cosmetic problem. they demanded chrges for changing the body.
Till now I have not found any appropriate solution. Now therefore you are requested to look in to the matter and provide me the best solution.
