Faulty mobile phone

I purchased a Nokia phone a new model big mistake phone kept switching off

Contacted the local Nokia service center at Gympie road Aspley customer service is rubbush they never return emails or it takes them for ever to answer the phone,

Whe the phone was repaired it came back with the screen damaged with marks on it, the phone was less than a month old when they got there hands on it,

what a bunch of useless people they are i will never buy another Nokia phone ever and i will be leaving message on every message board i can find about this Nokia care center.
