I have purchased Nokia 6300 in the month of June and one day i.e. 9th Jan the screen went off suddenly, I have approached their Nokia Care i.e. Gulati Communications, 90 Bhagat Singh Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi and vide their Job Sheet No. 471434038/080109/14 dated 9th Jan, 08 I have submitted my phone to them. While checking the phone they have informed me that this problem occured due to water/moisture damage and warranty does't apply for this phone and repairable with fee of Rs.2600/-. I have left with no option to obtain repair option. They gave me delivery date of 23rd Jan, 08. After that I have visited number of times atleast 8-10 times every week, they uesed to give me next date. Finally I got my phone on 6th March paying Rs.2600/- vide their Bill No. 186 on dated 6th March and next day i.e. 7th March again the screen went off suddenly, being 8th and 9th Holiday. I have again visited their same shop on 10th March and they gave me next delivery date 13th March and 17th March and now 20th March. I would like to know what kind of service they are giving to their customer. During my last 2 and half month I have visited their shop number of times taking permission from my bosses and I have incurred lot of convenayance and mental tarture and every time I have wait in the quee at their places atleast 2 hrs every time. For the last 10 years I never find this tipe of harrasment with any other phone. Finally I have lost my temper and decided to take this issue with Consumer court.
