Connectivity problem, voice clearity

1.When other hand set of same service provider is having coverage it looses the coverage.

2.While connecting @ 3 times disconnecting the call I can hear or communicate otherwise there is always one side communication. If somebody can hear me I cann't & if I can hear the other side person cann't.

3. Twice I went to service centre but still facing the same problem.

4.Most of the time it was showing cell off.

Please guide further.
