My Name is G.Srinivasa Rao, working as Sr. Asst in Andhra Pradesh Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad under control of Andhrapradesh Government. I am using Different models of NOKIA cells since 2002.My Mobile No is 9849451195. I am proud to say I am a NOKIA custemer. Recently I have purchesed NOKIA 6303 on 25/08 at Tunes and Tones Mobile Shoppy Khammam, Andhra Pradesh. After one month I have faced Display problem in the cell. I Shocked and bring to the NOKIA
CARE. Here Nokia Care Khammam was sent my cell to the Delhi through job Sheet. After 20 days I have Recieved My cell and which is rectified display problem. Again After 2 days I have faced another problem that is signal IC problem. Again My cell was Sent to Delhi on 01.10.2009 through job sheet No.463465550/091001/6.
With in the short period i.e from 25.08.2009 I have faced Two Major problems. One Month also i am not used cell properly.
I requet you to sir iam not satisfied that model NOKIA 6303. please arrange me another model piece at the same cost or another price.
Now my cell is in your NOKIA CARE delhi.
Please honer my request as early as possible.
