I bought a nokia 6303c in August 09.Since then my phone has been giving problems to me.
I submitted my phone for repair to Nokia Care known as Dexters Digital Lab in sec-3, Rohini, New Delhi.
I made sure that my phone has been fixed before i go and collect it so i called up care centre before
i went to collect my phone.however i had to wait fr more than one hour to get my phone.
I recieved my phone in the original state without being fixed.when i brought this to their notice, the answer i recieved was "this fickering is due to the wallpaper i am using and the media palyer issue (Track gets changed as soon as the headset is reseated a little) is common with all Nokia phones (quite surprising). They made us wait for another 30-45 mins and the technicians kept on denying the problem or taking it back for repair.
after a much hassle they agreed to keep my phone and send it to Service Centre as they felt issue is out of their scope.
I wish they coud have understood this before so that i would have not wasted my 2 hours and 4 days.
Now i have to wait or another 10 days o get my phone back.
The service is highly disappointing forcing me never to buy Nolia again nor suggest anyone to.
I know these complains does not matter but still as a consumer it was my duty to bring this up.
