This is to bring in your notice that my mobile set NOKIA 6500 is with under maintenance with you third time within a month.
This reflects you services. I cannot expect this from NOKIA. Causing this I am losing my contacts/important calls.
From your end even no confirmation that when I’ll be getting my phone back. This is not fair. At least you should provide a delivery deadline. Else you will have to provide a substitute Mobile set for use.
My request you to take this issue seriously. Any how I need my phone back ASAP weather its repaired or new one.
